my brakes never felt right on my Revere so i opted to put a goodridge hose on the back and a Hel on the front.. WOW.. what a difference.. on inspecting the old front hose i found a wear mark down to the nylon on the inside where you never see it (good job i changed that).. i suggest we all just take a few mins to check our hoses from time to time as it could be a mistake regretted... £22 for the front off fleabay and £28 for the back from Wemoto.. also i recently fitted a new front disc £70 off fleabay.. 50 notes on hoses well spent i recon as i can trust the brakes for many years to come.

definitely agree..... I had goodridge brake hoses fitted front and back when I first bought the bike... I also use EBC HH sintered pads....which don't seem to effect disc wear to badly.

Yes, I like the Goodridges. Makes me wonder why I would need more than a single front disc!

Hi Jake!
Thanks for that. Now on my wish list. Wing rack is first on my list. Ride safe.
Regards

Recently bought '90 NTV 600 Revere. Also have '02 Moto Guzzi V11 Sport and '04 R1200 GS, both using braided lines and both with amazing brakes. Fitted, "Wezmoto" braided lines off Flea bay and Revere brakes are totally transformed. highly recommended.
