does anybody know if you can get a steering damper for ntvs? i at times get some very bad wobble, nearly enough to bring me off the bike, i must amit it is when im out with friends and im trying to catch them. i did have a nose fairing but it seems better without it

But when I first put a windscreen on my bars I got a slight weave at higher speeds. It was easily cured though by stiffening the rear suspension. In effect this put more weight on the front wheel and stablised the front end...... It’s best to do this bit by bit, through trial and error until you've found a suspension setting that suits. You might also consider changing the fork oil if it's not been done for a while. Again some people prefer harder settings than others. I use 15w oil rather than 10w or anything lower. But I still adjust the rear suspension to match.....And don't forget to check the tyre pressures as well, since pneumatic tyres are part of the suspension set up...... Hope this helps.....
