I'm about to re-build my Revere and was thinking of changing the original paint scheme from the deep red, just like the one in the bike of the month photo. I was thinking of a silver tank, panels, and guards with a black frame, leaving the rims silver but now I'm not so sure. I'm starting to swing back to the original scheme but I still like the idea of silver and black/charcoal combo. I'd be keen to hear/read peoples opinions and suggestions as I've just had the frame and tank sand blasted and have to go to powder coating very soon. Break away or Trad'?

the ntv often appeals to a more classic (staid) group of riders. if black and silver are good enough for Norton at their height it should be quite appealing on a NTV

I have been painting this week. Tank in white and frame in black. Here is a photo to see what it should look like. The tank is only sat there but it gives a clue. I have tried to polish the engine casing, looks fair. Front forks are quite nice when polished. Need to rebuild the front end before I can fit forks. I am painting the wheels black and am toying with painting the engine black as well. What do you think so far? Attachments:
