My recently acquired Auntie is off the road for the winter so I thought I'd fit a pair of fork gaitors. Got a pair on eBay which are a perfect fit for an NTV650. They are advertised as "FORK GAITORS TRIUMPH BONNEVILLE/THRUXTON", were only £12 and are good quality.
Fitting was simple enough - remove wheel and mudguard and then forks slide down. Gave everything a clean and felt I'd achieved something useful on the first day of what looks like being a bloody cold holiday with no biking!

Here's a photo. Headlight, indicators, horns and brackets are all "in the pipeline" and as you see the frame needs a bit of touching up too. Attachments:

Yeah, I'm on eBay a lot. But five front right indicators and no front left, what's going on there?! (I assume left and right are different?)

Thanks for the tip on the gaiters. just ordered some for my bike. update:- Gaiters are in shed now awaiting inspiration to drop the fork tubes to slip them on. Update 2:- Fitted Gaiters yesterday. 2 April Just needed 2 Ty-wraps to secure the upper end to the tubes. Update 3:- Gaiters lasted less than 18 months / 2000 miles and are now perished and splitting cheers Chris
