Hi all. I was wandering if anyone can help me with some advice regarding what I assume is electrical problem on my ntv 650. Both my side stand and neutral light won't come on, and rev counter and temperature gauge don't work, but the back light is on. I did replace one of the bulbs in my speedo the other day, so I thought I may have inadvertently disconnected something on the rev counter side, but I've opened and fiddled with the connections earlier today and they seem to be fine, and all the fuses are intact. Many thanks.

... neutral light won't come on, and rev counter and temperature gauge don't work.... Can only suggest that you try and trace the fault(s) using the wiring diagram in the Haynes manual at the end of Chap 9. wbieniec.kis.p.lodz.pl/moto/ntv/manual/9.pdfFor example, assuming the battery is fully charged (!) the one thing that the Neutral light, Tacho and Temp guage have in common is a black and brown wire (see diag). So it makes sense to check the wire to see if its broken and also clean all contacts using contact cleaner. Connector blocks, fuses and earth connections should all be checked and cleaned.... But I'd check the battery first....

Thanks Jake. That does make sense, and I'll get on with it this weekend if it's dry enough
