Is anyone still using the old, green paper licence? I've been told I need to replace it with the new photo-licence but can't see anything on the DVLA website which says I have to, and they're not answering the phone as usual... I've also looked online and most people seem to say that you're not obliged to stop using the old licence until you're 70..... Anyone know for sure?

Thanks Kev... I see they're charging £20 now if you want to switch to a photo-licence. I think I'll stick with the one I've got for the time being....
