Hi thanks for the response i already have forks from a 600fj circa1988 but they are 37mm and will not fit the 41mm yokes. I intend to use a ntv top yoke with old fashioned cut down norton straight bars as im an old wrinklie, perhaps mr Beatty can throw some light on what model forks to use.

Hi its Hobbsie, well in the end i found the solution myself. Ive fitted deauville sliders on to the revere stantions, the ntv will fit also, and you can also use the revere yokes as well. So i now have the frame with the deauville front end with wheel and twin discs, that should slow me down.

Hi Hobbsie,
Nice modification. I have heard that old CBR600 forks bolt straight into the head on a Bros which gives you better forks, a double disk setup and different tyre options. I wonder if it is the same for an NTV?
My forks are getting rebuilt at the moment and it is costing me more than I paid for the whole bike! I wish I had thought of the double disk option that a pair of deauville sliders would have provided.
Nick.
