Hello all. how much fork oil goes into a 1994 ntv650. And can it be measured from the top of the tube

Thanks for that, I had been reading that thread but it gave different levels for different models. JKMPST do these letters refer to the age of the bike or are they model numbers ?.

Thanks for that Tweaker, Does the P refer to the GB registration system ?. I'm from Ireland and we work to a different set of rules.

Thanks for that Nick, yes the P is there under the seat. And from that previous thread it gave 123cm as air gap and 466cc of oil, which is 466ml according to the conversion chart. So if that all looks ok to all ? I will go for that.

That should be 123mm or 12.3cm. I would use the oil level as the absolute check and just use the quantity as a guide.

Nick, 12.3cm that was just a typing error. I replaced the seals not so long ago, so the tube may be damaged. The same side as last time is leaking.
Are replacements sold singly or as pairs ?
