hello i have a Honda ntv 650 1996 i have stripped and rebuilt after paint i am nearly there. i have just done the brakes rear bleed OK nice and firm. the front i have done master seals and overhaul new pads replaced caliper which is nice and free bleed the system and the leaver has no pressure at all any ideas please Micky

I can think of some other ideas but try the above first. If that fails give us a shout on here. Paul.

thanks paul i will try that tomorrow. when you leave the nipple open do you press the leaver in at the same time im new to bike but worked on cars for years but realy enjoy the challenge thanks mick

No Mick, Let the fluid run through without touching the lever (keeping the master cyl topped up). close the nipple, then bleed normally, leaving a good time gap between each pull of the lever. (making sure the nipple is closed Before you let the lever out) Good luck, Paul.
