The idle speed is runing at about 4K revs and the front Cylinder is not working till the bike has done a few miles, I've checked all the cables and carbs for movement and thats is fine, adjusted the idles speed screw that made no difference (as soon as it's warm idle goes up) static timing seems ok, chacked all the obvious things i can think of and am at a loss as to what it could be.
