Hi all, i'm new to the club and would appreciate any help , some thieving scroat stole my bike, I did manage to get it back after it took 7 people 2 hours to pull it out of the mud in the river but I'm now on the uphill stretch of re-build. Could anyone tell me which wire goes where on the underside of the ignition as they have all been ripped out. Attachments:

..... some thieving scroat stole my bike, I did manage to get it back after it took 7 people 2 hours to pull it out of the mud in the river but I'm now on the uphill stretch of re-build. Sorry to hear about your bike being stolen. I’ve had a bike stolen in the past, so I know how it feels. I’ve now got locks on both the wheels and another lock & chain securing the front wheel to the gatepost. I’ve also got a PVC cover over the bike which is padlocked at the bottom….. It’s sounds like overkill but you can’t be too careful. The last bike I had stolen, was never recovered. Wemoto or David Silver sell new ignition switches with the wires preattached (see below): www.wemoto.com/bikes/Honda/NTV_650_S_T_Revere/95-96/picture/Ignition_Switch/www.davidsilverspares.co.uk/NTV650V-REVERE-1997/I’m not an electrician so if I was in your position I’d get the bike checked professionally, just in case other components have been damaged. But check out chapter 9 in the Haynes manual. You’ll find a wiring diagram at the end of the chapter. See page 9.11. for ignition switch..... Let’s hope others on the forum can offer more (expert) advice. wbieniec.kis.p.lodz.pl/moto/ntv/manual/9.pdfgrowell.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=library&action=display&thread=922
