i dont think its realy a problem but since winter left us my 94 ntv doesent need any choke to start it isent the cable sticking had that and sorted it (had to replace the springs which were very elusive to find) the engine does run perfectly ticks over fine and reguly reaches indicated 120 mph

hi kev just take the plugs out and make sure its not running to rich to rich wears the bore out no choke suggests that mark

cheers for that did think about doing that but i worked out my mpg which is 49.9 over 150 miles most of which short runs around which seemed pretty good to me for a bike as old as mine i'll check my plugs tomorrow if its stops raining! cheers again
