The silver paint on my engine has bubbled in places, due to Aluminium oxidization.
Can anyone recommend a paint, treatment etc... so I can improve the appearance ?
Simarly the frame is showing light corrosion which needs tidying up. My experience in the past with cars, is that if you don't match the paint, it looks terrible.
Thanks

Your not going to match the paint any way m8 as I should say it has been on there for a while.Think best bet is strip it down and take frame and engine for a sandblast and powder coat or cheap option spray frame with hamerite after sand down and wire brush engine to take loose flake's off then spray with any engine paint

Thanks titch for your advice. At the moment I am enjoying the summer weather in France ( hence my radiator switch enquiry ) and will have to delay any serious attention until the winter.
