Hi Guys, well im a bit baffled. I've just fitted some aftermarket small indicators as i hate the huge rubber standard ones. They are NOT LED. I thought they would just be an easy swap the wires over..... I have just noticed that the new bulbs are 12v 10w. The standard bulbs are 12v 21w is this why the indicators do not flash and just stay on ?? But when ive got the old indicators on the front and the new indicators on the rear they flash but only 55 times a minute. Anybody got any ideas. Thanks.

Traditional indicator relays rely on the bulb resistance matching the relay (hence indicators flash faster if one of the bulbs blows). If you use indicators with a different bulb power or LEDs then your best bet is an electronic relay.
