First of all, I have read the telfordntv/ilegalalien and niallac's threads on this. Basically, my newly rebuilt NTV650 engine has a coolant leak. It appears to be coming from the oil/coolant drainage hole on the inner pump housing. But I can't identify which seal would be letting water past. I replaced the pump housing gasket and the o-ring on the outside of the pump housing that goes into the engine casing (12). Is there another inner water seal? I thought the mechanical oil seal (11) was just to stop the oil from joining the coolant... Water pump diagram from csmnl.com:

Update... After finding some seals for sale on eBay (131778148173), I dismantled the water pump in accordance with their guidance. The impeller is an interference fit on the shaft, and takes some knocking! Some of the blades also needed a bit of straightening afterwards. In the photo the "polo" seal is still in place, but I have also prized that out for replacement. The other seal was definitely leaking, with obvious deterioration around the sealing face. Just waiting for the new seals to arrive now! I'm also planning on replacing the cylinder link pipe with a short section of silicone hose and two jubilee clips, at that thing just refuses to stop leaking, even with a polish and new O rings.
