Depending on the state of your front springs they may need uprating, in which case you'll be quite likely to be changing your fork oil too. Fork Springs - it's worth looking at progressive loading Unless you have bought something with material in front of the radiator, you're not likely to suffer overheating. It would be great if you could post before and after photos (during fitting too!), a description of fitting and a review once it's complete in order to educate us all

Hi Graham, I fitted a Powerbronze Voyager last year - see here growell.proboards49.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=tech&thread=303&page=1I have not had any overheating problems and I ride round London. Side winds have more of an effect now, but I havent noticed any handling problems. Mind you I fell off the other month, when I locked the front wheel up, when I had to stop a bit sharpish. I put that down to the rider, greasy road ( it was tipping down) and an old Dunlop front tyre ( since changed to a BT45 to match the rear ). Wind pressure and comfort is geatly improved, though you are subjected to helmet buffeting at 80 upwards. A taller screen is said to cure this though. I have not changed the springs, but oil and seals are new.

hi folks, thanx for the advice. I had already serviced the forkes so all seems ok there. Nick, you have the same problem as me.....the fairing is a totally diffrent colour to the bike! my bikes white (and oh wouldnt yours look a treat on mine!) while the fairing is black! but black and red would look absolutley BRILLIANT.........HONEST! i wouldnt even mind the scratches you picked up when you dropped your bike! shame on you for that tut tut!

unfortunatly Mcf iv already fitted the fairing before i read your reply so cant put fotos on during fitting, but will put some fotos on of the before and after. Fitting was so easy, just a little pain in the bum having to lengthen the wireing going into the headlight as its further forward than original position,by the way,its a powerbronze fairing ive fitted, just like my bezzy mate ntv nick who realy should swap his tacky white one that would match my bike for my ace black one that would look the dogs dangly bits on his bike!
