Be careful! As far as I know there are different types (numbers) for different years built. Most likely the pistons differ between an '88 and a '97 for example. I don't know if there are other bikes using the same parts.

The pistons and seals are a bit of a mix-up on the revere and too many too list. The NTV 93' on is much simplier. The pistons are common to almost all single disc models right up to the cbf 250 and 500. There are also a few of the twin disc models use these pistons. Its a bit of a minefield but the supersessions all add up to the same thing. The seal kits are fairly common but do change from year to year but without logic. The seals cross over between single and twin disc models. The guys in the workshop doubt if there is much differance. It may be the case like the various rivets, fixings etc that have differant stock numbers but are indentical except for the country of origon. e.g. when looking up parts one can find out where that particular item is made, if made in a differant country it will almost be sure to have a differant stock number and often a differant price. As a rule of thumb if its a front caliper 93'on from a single disc model and is the type used on the NTV its components are likely to be the same. As in one of my earlier posts this caliper has longer pistons than most of the twin cal models. Hope this helps. honda
