shame she was the same as mine, and some of my panels are getting a bit tired.
How do you find the NTV in comparison, is it a big improvement?

Hi folks, I got the Revere I bought on Ebay delivered from England at last. Here is a picture of it and also one of my Fazer. The Revere isn't too bad considering it's a 1989 model with 77,000 miles. I hope to give it a paint job some time in the future. The red seems to be metallic, was this standard or has it been repainted? It seems to run quite well, except for an intermittent missfire at tickover. Probably needs a good service. The gearbox seems to be quite good. All the best, Willie.

I mixed up the picture links but managed to fix it.
Roll on the summer!

Thanks JJ. The picture of the Revere is actually a bit flattering. The frame is a bit tatty in places and the engine has been painted but with a flat silver paint. I plan to do it up at some stage but I want to ride it for a while first.
The Fazer is a really nice bike and I enjoy riding it but I bought the Revere for some relaxed riding on the quieter roads here.

Very nice looking bike.... I think that some of our members who also own Revere's would like to know what make and model of Screen you use and if it gives good wind protection? I own an NTV myself so there's wider choice available because of the standard handlebars. But I know that sometimes Revere owners struggle to find a decent Screen....

sweet ride.. looks great... my favorite is the revere 650, Givi do a screen that mounts onto the clipons if you drill 6mm holes, in the past i've used the ones that only mount to the headlamp brakets but another way is to use the handlebar type and put the brackets onto the top of the stantion legs, models n makes am not to sure about, i just sold one on e-bay

Here is my bike, thinking of removing and selling the fairing (if I get a reasonable price for it).
